Items ship within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise specified. (Holiday timeframe is 3-5 days) with possible delays.
Our items are made with care. Each item is hand- printed & made to order, which is why we require 1-2 days to process your order.
Holiday collections can take 5-7 days to ship. Please keep in mind that during holiday season our processing times can be delayed by 1-3 days. Once we started processing your order we cannot cancel or refund.

All of our items ship from Tennessee, U.S. ForΒ Domestic orders, Packages typically arrive 2-5 business days after shipping.
Holiday notice- Delivery can take longer during holiday season, as carriers experience a higher volume of orders. Please be patient with possible delays in the USPS delivery process. Refunds or returns wonβt be processed for orders subject to unforeseen delays, but we are happy to assist with orders that are lost during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shippingΒ takes approximately 15-30 days for delivery. Please remember that on rare occasions, due to customs delays, delivery can be extended to 45-60 days. If you are not okay with this, we ask that you please not order.
Choosing expedited shipping does not change processing time - we still have to make your product to order.
USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore MakingWright CAN NOT guarantee delivery times.Β
TRACKING:Β You will receive a tracking number in the email associated with your order when your order has shipped.
NON-US CUSTOMERS:Β Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.

Crafted with care, our wine glasses are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. However, for the stemmed glasses, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve their delicate stems.

These glasses are all made-to-order. They are etched, meaning that the design is engraved into the glass. This is what makes the design completely dishwasher safe! Please remember that when the glass has a cold drink in it, the condensation on the outside of the glass will make the design harder to see. This is not a defect β this is the nature of etching/engraving.
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are two separate time frames. Processing time is the time that it will take for me to make your glass(es). Shipping time is the time that it takes between when the shipping label is printed and when the package is delivered to you.
Because of the handmade, made-to-order nature of these products, I do not accept returns.
